Kavelen gladly accepts returns or exchanges for items purchased on our website within 60 days of purchase even if used, as long as they follow the following conditions:

  • Any damage compromises the Kavelen guarantee
  • Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 60 days of purchase

Gifts:

Follow the instructions above for returning online orders. If the item was a gift, marked as such, and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
